Once an order is submitted a representative will reach out to the appropriate party listed on the order form. We will always reach out as soon as possible, but typically within 24 hours. We will seek to know the confirmed shoot date, time, location & duration as well as to discuss the creative approach. We typically need 5 business days notice to schedule a shoot. 10 business days after your shoot date we will deliver first drafts of the video(s) produced.
